- Process and manage staff payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with policies
- Respond to payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare payroll reports and statutory deductions
- Provide support to HR and finance teams
🎓 Requirements
- Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Experience in payroll processing or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
