  • Process and manage staff payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with policies
  • Respond to payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare payroll reports and statutory deductions
  • Provide support to HR and finance teams

🎓 Requirements

  • Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Experience in payroll processing or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
