About the Role:
The Catholic Church Health Services (CCHS) Bereina is inviting applications from dedicated and qualified candidates for the position of Diocesan Health Manager. This critical role involves overseeing the operations of CCHS in the Diocese of Bereina, Central Province.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Able to oversee health program implementation in alignment with CCHS policies. Also must be able to conduct supervisory visits to remote areas of Central Province to ensure effective health service delivery.
- Collaborate with external partners and community leaders to identify health needs and develop appropriate plans for health services within Diocese of Bereina.
- Provide training and support to health staff and volunteers while monitoring and evaluating health facilities and programs for quality compliance.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in health management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
