Hygiene Officer – Port Moresby

Holiday Inn Port Moresby is seeking a Hygiene Officer to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene compliance across the hotel.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in hygiene/sanitation (hospitality preferred)
- Diploma/Degree in Environmental Health, Food Science, or related field
- HACCP/Food Safety certification is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of hygiene standards and health regulations
- Good communication and reporting skills
