The Salvation Army Papua New Guinea & Solomon Islands Territory invites qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the position of Health Manager (Health Services South). This is a key leadership role responsible for managing and overseeing our health operations in the Southern Region.



Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant health field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Public Health
  • Proven experience in managing health systems
  • Knowledge of PNG Government Acts and Policies related to Health
  • Familiarity with health standards and best industry practices
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of Organizational Development
  • Strong leadership, business, and project management skills (desirable)
  • A committed team player

Salary Range: PGK 28,000 – 39,939 per annum
