Steps to Stay fit to beat COVID-19

 The World Health Organization WHO says, you must do the following to stay fit beat COVID-19.

  •  eat a healthy diet
It is good that you maintain your healty diet. 
  •  no tobacco or do not Smoking.
Smoking kills and COVID-19 can kill you if you are smoker. 
  • be physically active
Do regular physical exercise. 
  • stop harmful use of alcohol
Do not drink alcohol too much.
