ANGAU GENERAL HOSPITAL GETS TAIWANESE HELP

Lae’s Angau Hospital will receive assistance from Taiwan’s Changhua Christian Hospital.

The Hospital through its mobile medical mission is sending five personnel to Angau.  Amongst them are two eye doctors.
Their seven-day visit started yesterday. This is the ninth time for Changhua Mobile medical services to visit Angau.

Taiwanese Ambassador, Daniel Chun-Hu says it’s all part of joint efforts that go in line with the government’s development priorities that includes health.

Angau CEO Dr. Polapoi Chalau says he looks forward to working with the Taiwanese in the future.

“It’s about providing the level of medical service required for our patients,” he said. EMTV
